The Training programme

StudyStep in to Learning is a flexible, 12-hour training and development programme. The training has been developed by early years and Skills for Life specialists, and is delivered by two trainers, one from each of these backgrounds, to ensure that the training is relevant and practical for early years and childcare practitioners.

The training has been designed for managers and staff working in the early years and childcare sector, and takes the form of a twelve-hour modular programme which can be adapted to suit the needs of the delegates.
