The Step in to Learning programme enables early years and childcare staff to identify and guide parents and carers with language, literacy or numeracy skills needs.
Qualifications and Recognition
The Step in to Learning programme can lead to professional qualifications such as City and Guilds 9295, CACHE and National Certificates.
Programme outcome
Once trained, staff can then guide those parents and carers to appropriate local courses and opportunities.
