This web portal database is used to manage the roll out of children's centres. The Early Years, Extended Schools and Special Needs Group uses this system to capture the information required for children’s centres assessment and approval as part of the capital approval process, and to monitor the creation of capital assets using the General Sure Start Grant main capital funding. It also provides useful project-management and monitoring information for both local authorities and the Early Years and Extended Schools and Special Needs Group.

Please note: only local authorities, SSESCG personnel and their contractors have access to this website. Each local authority has been set up with an administrative user to manage local authority access.
