Fifteen partnerships across the Yorkshire and Humberside region were involved in developing the materials. They were:

East Yorkshire, Hull, Kirklees, Leeds,
North East Lincolnshire,
North Lincolnshire, North Yorkshire,
Rotherham, Sheffield, Wakefield and York.
