Planning and Performance Management Guidance
This is performance management guidance for local authorities and Sure Start Children’s Centres, based on key performance indicators and a process for self-evaluation. The performance indicators set out in Annex B of the Planning and Performance Management Guidance (November 2006) have been updated to reflect the introduction of the National Indicator Set. Details of the new indicators are set out in Sure Start Children’s Centre Performance Management Framework – July 2008. The Self Evaluation Form has also been updated to reflect the new indicators.
